REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

1. Introduction At REALBOOK, a brand of REALBOOK PROPERTY HUB PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing high-quality real estate services. Once a service or payment is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Service Commitment Our services include property sales, construction, development, property management, and marketing. Each service is tailored to meet your needs. Upon agreement and payment for a service, you acknowledge and accept the terms associated with that service.

3. No Refunds Once a payment is processed, whether for a consultation, property purchase, construction service, or any other service, it is non-refundable. This includes services paid for online or offline, through REALBOOK.COM.

4. Cancellations If you wish to cancel a service before it commences, please contact us immediately. However, cancellations do not qualify for refunds. We will work with you to adjust or modify the service if possible.

5. Service Adjustments In the event of an issue with the service, we will attempt to resolve it to the best of our ability. However, adjustments do not include monetary refunds.

6. Dispute Resolution If you have any concerns or issues regarding our services, please contact us directly at support@realbook.co.in. We aim to resolve disputes professionally and amicably.
